>> TOPIC: “Brazilian Zouk Bootcamp” w/ Gui, Sarah & Krystal
>> DESCRIPTION: If you’ve been interested in learning Brazilian zouk or brushing up on the basics, this workshop is for you. We’ll cover the most important techniques and patterns to prepare you to get out on the social dance floor and for workshops at upcoming festivals and weekenders. The bootcamp includes a 30-minute practica so you can practice right away.

3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
>> TOPIC: “Authentic Presence & Connection ” w/ Jonathan Marion
>> DESCRIPTION: All too often, our thoughts get in the way of how we show up on the dance floor. Whether thinking about technique, judgments, or expectations, various concepts of “should” (about ourselves and/or our partners) prevent us from being fully present in our dancing. In this workshop, we explore both mindsets and practices that empower us to be authentically present and connected in our dancing.
