Good News!
In an effort to continue the growth of our scene, our practice time will now involve some of our best local DJs mixing live for you during practice. Huge thanks to DJ Afrodishiak & DJ Shams for coming together to support the momentum we are having in the DMV area. Additionally, practice time will be extended until midnight at no extra charge for students who pay for the monthly pass or a drop-in fee. However, for those that would like to join for the practice from 11 PM until midnight, the upfront cost is $10, payable via Venmo or CashApp to $bassosuna.

This June, we’re stirring up the rhythm and passion with our UrbanKiz dance series, continuing to shine at the spectacular Dance Studio Lioudmila. Only for the month of June, we will be on Tuesday evenings and plan to switch back to Mondays in July. This is crunch time to get your game on and level up your UrbanKiz before the major UrbanKiz weekender we are having on the weekend of July 12 – The Montreal Effect:

Beginner Plus: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM 🕖
Intermediate Plus: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM 🕙
Practice Times: 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Beginner Practice) & 10:30 PM – 11:59 PM (Combined Level)

LEVEL: Beginner 🐣
No experience or partner required, welcoming all from absolute beginners to those with some dance background.
LEVEL: Intermediate ⚡
A pre-assessment may be required, with a fundamental understanding of Kizomba necessary for participation.
