This April, immerse yourself in our special 3-week UrbanKiz dance series, uniquely designed for an extended and enriching learning experience. Set in the captivating ambiance of Studio 1, with its elegant black floor and theatre feel, each session promises an in-depth exploration of dance.
Offering an additional 30 minutes compared to our previous series, every Monday evening will be an opportunity for both Beginner Plus and Intermediate Plus dancers to enjoy 1.5 hours of class time. This includes 1 hour of instruction followed by 30 minutes of practice, enhancing skill development, personal connection, and community engagement.
📅 Dates: Mondays in April – 1st, 8th, and 15th 📅

Beginner Plus: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM 🕖
Intermediate Plus: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM 🕙
📍Location: Dance Loft on 14, 4618 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20011 @ Studio 1 (Black Floor & Theatre Feel)

🚨 PARTICIPANT PRE-REQUISITES:
LEVEL: Beginner 🐣
* No experience or partner required.
* A fast-paced session suited for complete beginners and those with slight experience.
* LEVEL: Intermediate ⚡
* Level confirmation may be required. 📏
* Fundamental Kizomba skills needed, including mastery of basic steps, saidas, shuffle step, Estrella move, and the ability to lead and follow these with various partners. 🕵️‍♂️

Limited drop-in spots are available at $25 per 1.5h class, depending on the lead/follow ratio.

👫 Community Building Note: 👫
In a concerted effort to foster community building and accelerate the learning curve for our beginners, we encourage our Intermediate students to arrive at 8:00 PM and participate in the practice session with the Beginner level at no additional cost. This initiative aims to create a supportive environment where experienced dancers can share insights and encouragement with those just starting their dance journey.

🎓 Intermediate Level Offer: Intermediate students who wish to enroll in a beginner session to either experience the role reversal or reinforce their foundational skills will benefit from a $20 discount 💵 on the applicable price for the beginner level.
📚 Student Discount: We recognize the value of continuous learning. Therefore, students are eligible for a $10 discount 💸.
🎖️ Veteran Discount: As a token of our appreciation for their service, veterans receive a $10 discount 💸.
👫 Referral Program: Encourage your friends to start their learning journey with us! For every new beginner student that enrolls for a full session upon your referral, you will receive a $10 discount 💵 on your next session.
