This Salsa party pop-up show is based on “Where We Were Safe,” an interactive documentary/oral history archive of the lost places of Salsa Music in New York City. Discover posters, photos, vinyl records, and rare video footage about the disappeared landmarks where salsa music was developed. The event will close with a vinyl salsa party at the library hosted by @leon_city_sounds @claudia_citysounds
